The Preventative Health Taskforce has sought input from a variety of stakeholders and experts in the development of the National Preventative Health Strategy.

The Preventative Health Taskforce commissioned 8 papers to assist with the drafting of the National Preventative Health Strategy.

Consultations

The Preventative Health Taskforce consulted with the public, professional and consumer groups, and other interested people and organisations.

It held consultations in all capital cities and some regional centres from October 2008 to February 2009. The outcomes of the local stakeholder consultations are provided in the table below.
